Yes, all our doors have a 12 month manufacturers warranty. The Door and gate operators have a 5 year warranty on the motor and a 12 month warranty on the electrical components.
First thing is to check the door springs are intact, if broken do not try to open door with the opener or manually. We can replace broken springs to suit most doors as quickly as possible. Secondly there could be an obstruction in the doors operation.

We currently use the following brands Steel-line, Boss, Lynx, Napoleon, Merlin, Grifco & Ezi-Roll. We also manufacture many of the custom designed doors and aluminium gates ourselves.
